How long will it take for shipping?
There are different options of delivery, so please refer to Delivery Worldwide to find your belonging country.
We have to allow a little extra time for deliveries to take place before we can assume an item being 'Lost in Post'. Therefore, we would ask that you always please allow 14 calendar days before contacting us.
If your order has failed to arrive after all those time, please contact our Customer Service Team who will investigate further and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
Some of the products on our site do not require you to be at home to take delivery as they will fit through your letterbox.
In the event that your products do not fit through your letterbox or require a signature upon delivery but you are not at home, the courier will leave a calling card or will send you a message to your contact number to advise that a delivery has been attempted. Follow the instructions on this card or the message to rearrange the delivery or to collect your products.
How much is the shipping?
At Heartful Twist, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible.
Hence, there are different options of delivery. Please refer to Delivery Worldwide to find your belonging country and preferred delivery option.
FREE shipping will be offered if you purchase with a total of above USD 40.
How to track my delivery?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will provide you with an estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.
Before contacting us, you should check the following:
(1) Refer to the Order Shipped email which is sent to you once your order is with our delivery partners. A tracking link, which leads to our delivery partners’ tracking site, is available on the email for you to check the location of your order.
(2) Simply sign into your account and click on the "Account" tab on the top right hand corner, and click on "Order Tracking" to check the status of your parcel. Do remember to indicate the requested details such as “Email address” and “Order ID"!
If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us at +852 2416 7681 (9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) or email us anytime at email@example.com with your Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.
How do I leave review?
To leave feedback, you have to purchase the product(s) at Heartful Twist, then login to your account and go to “Reviews” section on the product page to share your comments. Rate the product from 1 to 5 stars, 5 being the top rating. Leave your comment in the text box below, and you may also share up to 5 photos of the product(s) you purchased.
Feedback that contains offensive language, false statements or content unrelated to the transaction will be removed without further notice.
